Terms and Conditions

  1. Although Lifestyle Consulting NZ uses all reasonable endeavours to ensure that introductions to members fall within the category of persons specified by them on their application form it will not accept responsibility if, through no fault of its own, any such person introduced does not fall within such category nor will it accept any responsibility for any occurrence as a consequence of any meeting, date, contact, engagement or relationship formed with any such person as a result of such introduction.

  2. Lifestyle Consulting NZ is a permanent introduction service. When you enroll with us you must be single, separated, divorced or widowed and not permanently dating.

  3. All information supplied to Lifestyleconsulting by its members will be treated in the strictest of confidence and will only be divulged with the members consent for the purpose of providing introductions to other members.

  4. Lifestyle Consulting NZ may use email, mail text, mobile phone or landline phone to make contact with members.

  5. All members warrant the accuracy of all information supplied by them to Lifestyleconsulting which accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any such inaccuracies howsoever arising. The member warrants that they know not of any medical or physical reason why they should not form a conventional relationship with the opposite sex unless such impediment has been declared to the company in advance. The right to accept or refuse membership to anyone is at the sole discretion of the company.

  6. Lifestyle Consulting NZ memberships come with unlimited contacts within the time frame and preferences paid for, clients must request a further contact before a further contact is processed, there is no time limit to when the contact will be processed. Introductions are processed on a preferential basis, 1st preference will be reviewed first.

  7. Members who have paid for advertising will have first choice of those ad responses, we place ads in national and local newspapers that is suitable to Lifestyle Consulting NZ and will be general to ensure confidentiality.

  8. Lifestyle Consulting NZ keeps your privacy and security as high priority, anyone giving out confidential information regarding a fellow member will be withdrawn immediately without refund. Similarly you must not behave in a threatening, intimidating, violent manner or in any way which we believe is unaceptable behaviour. Your membership will be withdrawn without refund.

  9. Lifestyle Consulting NZ reserves the right to give the member's name to other members seeking introductions unless and until it is notified by that member in writing that they do not wish their name to be given out or they have so indicated on their application form.

  10. Lifestyle Consulting NZ reserves the right to terminate the membership of any person at its sole discretion.

  11. The contract between Lifestyle Consulting NZ and the member is only made when the member's application and payment is accepted by Lifestyle Consulting NZ. Once a client has entered into a service the membership is deemed to be his/her responsibility. You may sell your membership to anotrher person who is acceptable to Lifestyle Consulting NZ. This is the responsibility of the client. Lifestyle Consulting NZ uses the preferences of its clients as a guide only.

  12. Lifestyle Consulting NZ cannot take liability or be responsible for any unreasonable or illegal behaviour by any of it's members to fellow members or staff, we expect that any such behaviour be reported to Lifestyle Consulting NZ immediately. Lifestyle Consulting NZ also cannot guarantee the information provided by it's members to Lifestyle Consulting NZ, we take this information in good faith, we expect any incorrect information to be reported to Lifestyle Consulting NZ immediately. Any member providing false information or not disclosing information relevant to the successful processing of introductions will be withdrawn, without refund.

  13. The above terms and conditions are indicative only and may vary in final, written form and do not affect your statutory rights.

  14. There is no downtime to change your mind within the 12 month period.

  15. Lifestyle Consulting NZ offers no refunds.

  16. Lifestyle Consulting NZ does not provide a set number of introductions. Depending on the signed up member we may provide 1 or more introductions. We will provide one introduction at a time.

  17. Members are required to make contact with us to request another introduction, we don't call them.

  18. Lifestyle Consulting NZ requires member feedback to advise us how their relationship is going and also to provide information on our services.

  19. Lifestyle Consulting NZ may make contact with members email, mail text, mobile phone or phonecall.
